David A. Lauer, CPA A graduate of Rider University, Dave's experience includes working as an internal auditor for a fortune 500 company.  While there he performed compliance and financial audits of divisions throughout North America.  As an internal auditor he reviewed, corrected and designed accounting systems capable of monitoring and reporting for multi-million dollar operations.  Later Dave worked for a medium-size public accounting firm where he developed his expertise in tax and small business consulting.  It was there that Dave found his passion for working with small business owners and individuals leading him to the vision that is now our firm.  A firm committed to bringing big firm experience and technical skills to small business owners and individuals throughout Central Jersey and beyond.   Dave has been a life-long resident of Hamilton Township where he lives with his sons Christian and James.  He serves on the Executive Board of his local Babe Ruth Baseball League.

Kristin L. Millen, CPA Kristin received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire. After spending six years in retail management and purchasing, Kristin continued her accounting studies at Rider University, worked in the accounting department of a local family owned business and completed the CPA exam in 1993. Kristin's retail experience coupled with her thirteen years in public accounting, have given her a valuable perspective for working with other business professionals. Over the last several years, Kristin has spent much of her time acting as the controller for many of our clients. She has assisted these clients in their daily accounting needs, from budgeting to cash flow management to banking relations. Kristin's constant support allows her clients to do what they do best while she keeps the management team informed from a financial prospective. In addition to her off-site work, Kristin remains connected to the multitude of local business and individual clients through monthly reporting and tax season meetings.   Kristin lives in Yardley, PA with her husband, Jonathan and two children, Jason and Hannah. Kristin is involved with her local PTA and volunteers time with her children's sports teams.

Sherry A. Eib, CB Sherry earned Associates Degree with Honors from Middlesex Community College.  Sherry is a Professionally Certified Bookkeeper.  She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and holds a Notary Public Commission for the State of New Jersey. Sherry comes to David A. Lauer & Co. with more than fifteen years of varied accounting and management experience. She began her career in accounting working for small corporations. She broadened her knowledge in the accounting department of an international retail company. More recently, Sherry was involved in the accounting for stocks and bonds for a Princeton Wealth Management Firm. Sherry's varied experience has been invaluable here at David A. Lauer & Company. Her aptitude and organization skills have allowed her to fit into our fast paced environment successfully. Her complete dedication to our clients and their needs allow our firm to shine in the world of customer service.   Sherry moved into the area from North Jersey over five years ago. She is pleased to be servicing businesses and individuals within her own community. Sherry currently resides in Chesterfield Township with her husband and two children. She is involved in her community as the Director of the Christian Education program at her family's church.
